Why we built this business

The Australian phone market is full of two kinds of provider: legacy carriers reselling old PBX hardware at extortionate prices, and global SaaS PBXs charging $40+ per user per month with offshore support and a sales motion that treats every new starter as a renewal opportunity. Neither serves Australian SMBs well.

3CX gives Australian businesses a third option: an open, system-priced platform that does everything the global PBXs do (and now more, with AI), running in Australia on Australian infrastructure with Australian support. That’s the business we built.

• Solutions first. Every customer starts with a 20-minute discovery call - what you need, what you have, what your phone day looks like. We recommend an edition, hosting model and call plan after we understand the business, not before.
• One account manager, one engineer. Named, not pooled. They know your system because they built it.
• Fixed monthly billing. One number on the invoice. Licence, calling, hosting, porting, MACs and support included.
• Honest scoping. If 3CX isn’t the right answer for your specific situation, we’ll tell you. We’d rather walk away than misfit a customer.
