Are you Australian-based?
Yes. Cloud Phone System Australia Pty Ltd is based in Croydon, Victoria. Our engineers, account managers and support team are all in Australia, on Australian time, and our hosting infrastructure runs in Australian data centres.
How does Cloud Phone System Australia price its service?
We sell 3CX as a fully-managed per-user-per-month service - one fixed monthly invoice covers the 3CX licence, Australian calling, hosting, SIP trunking, number porting, day-to-day MACs, phone provisioning and Australian-based support. We don't publish a public rate card because the right price depends on your team size, real call concurrency and feature mix. A 20-minute discovery and we'll come back with your custom monthly number.
Can we keep our existing phone numbers?
Yes. We handle local-number porting (LNP) from your current provider as part of every project. Most ports complete in 5–15 business days. We keep both the old and new system running in parallel through the cutover so you don't miss a call.
What's included in 'AI-ready'?
Customers on the 3CX PRO edition get AI voicemail transcription and summaries. The 3CX AI Edition adds an AI Receptionist (OpenAI-powered call greeting, routing, and screening, 24/7), AI Personal Assistants for executives, AI sentiment tracking for contact centres, and advanced AI-driven reporting. Do I need to buy new handsets?
Probably not. 3CX runs in the browser, on Windows, Mac, iOS and Android - most customers start on softphones and mobile apps and add desk handsets only where they're genuinely needed. If you do want handsets, we'll spec, supply and provision Yealink, Fanvil, Snom or Polycom devices and ship them auto-configured to plug in and ring.
How fast can we go live?
A 10–40 user business is typically live within 5–10 business days from kick-off. Larger sites with contact-centre queues, CRM integrations or multi-site routing take 3–6 weeks. We scope the timeline before you sign anything.
