Will Mitel handsets work?
Generally no - Mitel handsets use Mitel's proprietary protocol. We replace with SIP IP phones. Newer Mitel handsets that support SIP may work; we test during discovery.
What about Mitel Contact Center?
3CX PRO and AI Edition cover the contact-centre functionality (skills-based queues, supervisor tools, wallboards, scheduled reports, sentiment tracking). For simpler-to-mid-complexity contact centres the migration is straightforward. Very deep Mitel CC customisations (advanced WFM, Mitel-specific scripting) need specific scoping.
