What are your hours?
Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm AEST/AEDT, for both sales and support.
How quickly do you respond to enquiries?
Same business day for all sales enquiries received during Australian business hours. For existing-customer support, our SLAs depend on incident severity - most P1s are responded to in under 15 minutes.
Do you do on-site visits?
Yes, where it makes sense. Most deployments are fully managed remotely (we ship pre-provisioned phones, do training over video), but for larger contact centres, multi-site rollouts or specific compliance audits we'll attend on-site.
