Standard capabilities across every integration

Click any phone number in your CRM record (contact, account, lead, opportunity) and 3CX dials it on your softphone or desk handset. No copy-paste, no manual dial.

Inbound screen-pop When a call arrives, 3CX looks up the caller’s number in your CRM. If matched, the matching record opens in your CRM browser before you pick up. You answer already knowing who’s calling and why.

Auto-logging Every call (inbound and outbound) is automatically logged to the CRM record after hangup. The log captures: direction, duration, agent, timestamp, and a clickable link to the recording (if recording is enabled).

Custom integrations

If your CRM isn’t pre-built, we build a template - typically 1–3 days of work, included in our managed-service bundle if the CRM has a documented API. We’ve integrated with custom legal practice-management systems, healthcare PMS, real estate CRMs, ERP-embedded contact databases, and bespoke in-house systems.

Common questions

Which CRMs are supported?
Pre-built integrations: Microsoft 365 (contacts), HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Pipedrive, Freshdesk, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SugarCRM, Bitrix24, Vtiger, ConnectWise. Plus an open template format that works with anything exposing a contact API.
What happens on an inbound call?
3CX looks up the caller in CRM by phone number. If matched, the matching contact/account/ticket record pops in the agent's browser before they pick up. Agent answers already knowing who's calling and why.
Does call recording link into CRM?
Yes - after the call ends, the call is logged in CRM with direction (inbound/outbound), duration, time, agent, and a clickable link back to the 3CX recording. Click and play.
What if my CRM isn't on the list?
We build a custom template. If the CRM exposes an API to search contacts and create activities (almost all do), 3CX can integrate. Custom integrations typically take 1–3 days to build and test.
Does it work on mobile apps?
Yes - screen-pop happens in your default browser regardless of which 3CX client (desktop, mobile, web) takes the call. Click-to-dial works from any web-based CRM via a browser extension.
