Common questions
Does it integrate with my industry's CRM?
Most of them. Pre-built integrations for HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Microsoft 365, Pipedrive, Freshdesk, Dynamics 365. Plus accounting integrations (Xero, MYOB via APIs). Industry-specific CRMs (financial planning, architecture, consulting practice management) we build custom templates for in 1–3 days.
Can phone time auto-bill into time sheets?
Yes - call duration logs to the CRM record. Time-billing systems (Xero Time, MYOB Practice, Karbon, Ignition, etc) pull from there. Customers stop losing 5–10 minutes of phone time per call to under-tracking.
What about hybrid workers?
Standard. Mobile, web and desktop apps work identically at home or office. Hot-desking lets staff drop into any desk and have it ring as their extension.
