Common questions

What happens when I can't answer (I'm under a house)?
The call rolls to whoever's on duty in the queue, or to a missed-call SMS reply ('Sorry I missed you - I'm on a job; I'll call back this afternoon. For urgent quotes, reply with the suburb and I'll get back faster'). The customer doesn't bounce to a competitor.
What about after-hours emergency calls?
Standard 3CX pattern: business hours route to the queue (all tradies); after 5pm and weekends, calls route to the on-call tradie's mobile via an on-call rotation. Burst capacity (during storms, breakdowns) can fan out to multiple tradies simultaneously.
Does it integrate with ServiceM8 / Tradify / AroFlo?
Yes - pre-built or custom templates for ServiceM8, Tradify, AroFlo, simPRO, Fergus and others. Calls log to the customer record; click-to-dial works from the job sheet; quote calls get the right job ID attached.
Is this cheaper than my current Telstra Business plan?
