The AI Receptionist handles your main inbound number - every caller. The AI Personal Assistant sits in front of one specific extension (usually an executive's) and screens calls bound for them. You can run both at once - Receptionist handles the front door; PAs handle the executive doors behind it.
Can the PA see my calendar?
Yes - Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 integration available. The PA can check whether you're in a meeting, free, or in 'do not disturb' mode, and route accordingly. Without calendar integration, the PA still follows static availability rules (e.g. 'never transfer between 10am–11am').
Who's the right fit for an AI PA?
