What's hot-desking?
Any staff member logs into any desk phone with their PIN, and the handset becomes their extension for the day. Useful for hybrid workplaces with shared desks, shift-rotation environments, and seasonal-workforce industries.
When should we step up to AI Edition?
If you want AI Receptionist handling overflow or after-hours, AI Personal Assistants screening calls for executives, real-time sentiment tracking on contact-centre calls - that's AI Edition.
