Is Samsung OfficeServ actually dead?
Samsung exited the global PBX market years ago. Existing OfficeServ deployments still work but get no new features and a dwindling pool of partner support. The longer you wait, the harder migration becomes when something breaks.
Will our Samsung handsets work?
No - Samsung's PBX handsets were proprietary. We replace with Yealink, Fanvil, Snom or Polycom IP phones, auto-provisioned for plug-and-play.
How urgent is this?
If your OfficeServ is still working, you have time - but plan the migration before the system actually fails. Spare-part availability is limited and partner support is thinning.
Replace your Samsung OfficeServ
Samsung's exit from PBX means migration is when, not if. Move to a platform that's still actively developed and AI-ready.
