Why we don’t publish a per-user rate
We could pick a number and stick it on the website. Most of our competitors do. The problem is that a published per-user rate either over-bills the small businesses or under-delivers for the ones with real complexity. We’d rather have a 20-minute discovery, understand how your people actually use the phones, and quote a number that’s right for you.
What we will tell you up front:
- One per-user monthly rate that includes everything. Licence, calling, hosting, porting, day-to-day moves/adds/changes, and Australian support are all in the same per-user number. No tiered seats, no AI add-on, no contact-centre seats - every user gets the full edition.
