Why we don’t publish a per-user rate

We could pick a number and stick it on the website. Most of our competitors do. The problem is that a published per-user rate either over-bills the small businesses or under-delivers for the ones with real complexity. We’d rather have a 20-minute discovery, understand how your people actually use the phones, and quote a number that’s right for you.

Why don't you publish a price list?
Because the right price depends on how many people are on the phones at once, what features you need, where you currently call to and from, and how much of the deployment we have to manage. A published per-user rate would either over-bill small teams or under-deliver for large ones. We'd rather size it properly on a 20-minute discovery call and quote you one fixed monthly number.
What's in the monthly bundle?
Every user's monthly rate covers the 3CX licence, an Australian calling plan with local/national/mobile minutes, Australian data-centre hosting, redundant SIP trunking, number porting from your current telco, day-to-day moves/adds/changes (MACs), phone provisioning for Yealink/Fanvil/Snom/Polycom handsets, and Australian-based engineering support during business hours. One invoice, no surprise add-ons.
Will it be cheaper than what I'm paying now?
Almost always, yes - if you're on RingCentral, 8×8, Dialpad, Microsoft Teams Calling, Webex, or any per-user cloud PBX. Per-user pricing typically lands at $30–55 per user per month, plus another $20–30 per user for AI add-ons. We also charge per user, but our rate is dramatically lower because the underlying 3CX licence is system-priced (so we amortise it across your team) and we bundle wholesale calling, hosting and support. Most customers save 40–80% on their phone bill.
What's the difference between PRO and AI Edition?
PRO gives you a complete cloud phone system with advanced call-centre features (skills-based queues, wallboards, scheduled reports), CRM integration (Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho and more), AI voicemail transcription, and video conferencing for up to 100 participants. AI Edition adds AI Receptionists, AI Personal Assistants, real-time sentiment tracking and the option to host your own transcription engine. We'll recommend the right edition on the discovery call.
Is there a minimum contract?
Two options. A 12-month service term with handsets purchased upfront (you pay for any Yealink, Fanvil, Snom or Polycom hardware at the start). Or a 36-month term with hardware included in the monthly bundle (no upfront capital cost; the hardware is part of your monthly invoice). Most customers take the 36-month option because there's no upfront hardware cost and the per-month rate stays lower.
Do you charge for porting numbers or installing phones?
No. Number porting (LNP from any Australian telco) and phone provisioning are bundled into the project. We handle the LNP paperwork end-to-end and run both systems in parallel through the cutover so you never lose a call.
Do I need to buy new phones?
No. Most customers start on softphones (browser, desktop, iOS, Android) and add desk handsets only where genuinely useful. If you do want handsets, we'll spec, supply and provision Yealink, Fanvil, Snom or Polycom devices - shipped auto-configured so they plug in and ring. We can also re-use compatible existing IP phones.
How quickly can we go live?
A 10–40 user business is typically live within 5–10 business days from kick-off. Larger sites with contact-centre queues, CRM integrations or multi-site routing take 3–6 weeks. We scope the timeline before you sign anything.
